CNC Machining Technician (m/f/d)

In a fully air-conditioned, clean and quiet working environment, you will be responsible for the high-quality mechanical production of individual workpieces from various materials. We offer you a short fortnightly working week with flexible flextime.

Primary Responsibilities:

• production of precision mechanical workpieces from various materials using state-of-the-art CNC milling and turning machines (3/5-axis machines, no piecework)
• setting up the machines
• reading the programs
• clamping raw parts
• setting the zero point
• checking the workpieces against the drawing

Requirements:

• completed training LAP/FS, CNC milling and turning skills desired
• knowledge of CNC controls is an advantage (Heidenhain and Siemens)
• willingness to work shifts (attractive 2-shift model - only 4 working days every 2nd week)
• ability to work independently
• flexibility and ability to work in a team
• technical understanding
• interdisciplinary thinking and acting

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 40.400 EUR per year plus an attractive shift bonus package consisting of a fixed shift bonus of EUR 310 plus the shift bonus defined in the collective agreement (excluding overtime payment and benefits).
