Trainer for In-House Trainings (m/f/d)

As a trainer, you design and deliver training sessions focused on internal systems, actively contributing to quality assurance within the company by promoting global standards.
In close collaboration with specialist departments, you develop training content and deliver it in a way that is tailored to the target audience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Didactic preparation and delivery of training sessions (e.g., internal systems, KT methodology training, EHS topics)
• Definition, maintenance, and further development of training content and materials
• Collaboration with departments to develop new training content
• Continuous improvement of existing training programs
• Delivery of training sessions for employees in an international environment, taking cultural differences into account

Requirements:

• Completed technical and/or commercial education (e.g., HTL, HAK or similar)
• Initial experience as a trainer or relevant trainer certification
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Organizational talent and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Good to very good proficiency in German and English

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 44.800 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
