Team Assistant in the Health & Safety Management Department (m/f/d)

In this diverse position, you will support our Health & Safety Management team in all administrative and organizational matters and contribute actively to the company’s safety culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independent maintenance and updating of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)–relevant KPIs, lists, and presentations
• Preparation, support, and follow-up of EHS inspections, emergency drills, and other appointments
• Creation of EHS-related informational content as part of the EVG EHS initiative
• Coordination between external prevention specialists and internal departments
• Administration of EHS training in the EVG learning management system

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office)
• Strong organizational abilities, cross-functional thinking, and an independent working style
• Good German and English language skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 35.700 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
