Primary Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining and offer comparison
  • Negotiating individual and framework agreements with suppliers
  • Search for alternative and new suppliers
  • Execution of orders in coordination with internal essential users in the product group IT equipment, software, licenses and IT services
  • Monitoring of scheduled delivery dates in close cooperation with the IT department
  • Consultation with suppliers in case of deviations from the order

Requirements:

  • a commercial/technical education (Hasch/HAK/FS/HTL or completed commercial apprenticeship) or a corresponding degree
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally of IT equipment, software, licenses and services
  • Advanced knowledge of contractual rights in purchasing
  • high flexibility, ability to work under pressure and perseverance
  • good knowledge of English

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 49.000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
