Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning, creating and publishing social media posts (focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Organizing, executing and supporting internal photo shoots and video productions related to employer branding, including image and video editing (e.g., developing scripts, organizing testimonials, collecting video statements)
  • Graphic preparation of content for our channels
  • Research and topic development for creative storytelling
  • Continuous monitoring of social media trends and deriving new content formats
  • On-demand support in other marketing areas (event management, graphic design, internal communication)
  • Participation in the employer branding project team and the opportunity to implement your own projects

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in content creation, social media, and corporate communication with a focus on employer branding
  • Ongoing or completed education/studies, e.g. in marketing, communication, graphic design and/or proven experience in managing social media channels (e.g. in a hobby context)
  • Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for writing, photography, and filming
  • High motivation and initiative for creative topic development and a passion for storytelling
  • Good English skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 38.500 EUR (on a full time basis). Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
