Plasma Scientist (m/f/d)

You support our team in the process and equipment development in the micro systems and semiconductor technology, in the quality management and customer presentations.

Primary responsibilities:

• Process development for our equipment in the fields of wafer bonding and plasma processing of semiconductors
• Handling of specific customer requirements under clean room conditions
• Plasma process and equipment testing and quality control
• Equipment and process demonstration for customers
• Provide process support at customer site (worldwide)
• Participate in internal and external R&D projects
• Participate in international conferences

Requirements:

• A master degree or doctorate (University) in plasma physics or plasma processing
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of plasma physics / plasma processing is required
• Programming skills (C, Python, etc.) are an advantage
• Experience in data analysis is an advantage
• Structured and accurate working style
• Enthusiastic and determined, with professional appearance
• Team oriented with interdepartmental thinking
• MS office knowledge and computer simulation knowledge are an advantage
• Solid English and German Skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 53.200 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
