Quality Technician (m/f/d)

As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you are responsible for ensuring that all quality-relevant requirements for internally and externally manufactured mechanical workpieces are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspection of components for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and other specifications according to technical drawings, QM guidelines, and EVG plant standards
• Performing flatness measurements, leak tests, hardness tests, and coating thickness measurements, including documentation
• Conducting incoming goods inspections
• Creating inspection reports (Zeiss Calypso, FRT Mark III)
• Recording and documenting all activities in the SAP system
• Working with modern measurement technology, such as:
  • Tactile measurement
  • White light interferometry
  • Digital microscopy
  • Digital measuring projectors
• Management and calibration of testing equipment
• Developing corrective actions in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training (LAP/FS) in a technical profession
• Experience in the operation and programming of 3D coordinate measuring machines (ideally with Zeiss Contura)
• General PC skills (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and with high precision
• Team spirit and the ability to think and act across different departments

Salary:

 We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 41.300 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
