Microsoft 365 Application Expert (m/f/d) Communication & Collaboration

As a Microsoft 365 Application Expert you will be able to support the company in the implementation of Microsoft 365 products in the area of communication & collaboration and ensure that our employees have the best experience with these products.

In addition to our headquarters in St. Florian am Inn (near Schärding), you can also work at our location at TechnoZ in Braunau or our office at Tech Harbor in Linz - depending on which location is best for you.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluation, selection and introduction of suitable Microsoft 365 products
• Elevation of the requirements together with the business departments incl. technology consulting
• Adoption & change management for the introduced products
• Participation in the operational management of Microsoft 365 products (Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, SharePoint Online)
• Independent responsibility for the successful implementation of projects

Requirements: 

• A completed education (HTL, FH, University) in the field of IT or similar
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for new technologies (AI like ChatGPT, Teams Apps, etc)
• Engaging personality with an interest in learning new things
• Independent, process- and solution-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of English

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 44.800 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
