IT Helpdesk Employee (m/f/d) Contact Center

You are a communicative person and enjoy contact with people?  You love to work in a solution-oriented way and you are characterized by your excellent computer skills? Then we should definitely get to know each other!
As a member of our IT helpdesk team, you will be the first point of contact for our users with IT questions. Pssst, we also give career changers or beginners a change!

Primary responsibilities:

• IT first level support
• Primary contact person for IT questions
• Support of internal customers regarding support requests
• Creation of instructions for internal service desk documentation
• Receiving, processing and recording of IT requests in a ticketing system
• Processing and forwarding of tickets

Requirements:

• General interests in IT as well as confident handling of Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Confident and friendly appearance and ability to work in a team
• Independent, clean and structured way of working
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented working style
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 37.800 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
