IT Project Manager (m/f/d) – Endpoint Security

As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing projects in the area of endpoint security. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the highest security standards for our PCs and mobile devices.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Management and coordination of projects in the field of endpoint security
• Planning, control, and monitoring of project progress
• Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
• Introduction, optimization, and support of endpoint security solutions
• Ensuring compliance with IT security standards and compliance requirements
• Analyzing risks and deriving appropriate measures
• Communicating with stakeholders and presenting project results 

Requirements: 

• A high school diploma (HTL or AHS/HAK with a focus on information technology) or a degree in computer science/business informatics (university/technical college) with several years of professional experience
• Initial experience in project management, ideally in IT-related projects
• Familiarity with common standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR) and best practices for endpoint protection
• Experience with Windows, mobile device management, and cloud integrations (e.g., Microsoft Intune, EntraID)
• Knowledge of EDR/XDR, patch management, application/device control, encryption, and multi-factor authentication
• Good analytical skills (risk analysis, development of security strategies)
• Ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 51.000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
