Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d)

Join our team of four and work closely with our business departments to drive our Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics architecture to peak performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Advise and support business departments in identifying, designing, and implementing BI & Advanced Analytics requirements (reports, dashboards, and analyses)
• Plan, lead, and execute BI & Data Analytics projects across various business areas
• Prepare production data and design suitable data models for efficient data analysis, as well as further develop and maintain the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Analyze and continuously enhance the BI architecture and evaluate new technologies in the Data Analytics domain
• Plan and deliver training sessions for end users and key users

Requirements:

• Completed education in the field of IT (technical college, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent) or comparable professional experience
• Experience with relational databases and excellent SQL skills
• Experience in implementing BI projects (knowledge of solutions associated with software vendors such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft)
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy
• Passion for solving complex challenges
• Confident presence and strong communication skills
• Good German and English skills

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 45.500 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
