To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual to assist with the organization, planning, and booking of business trips.

Primary Responsibilites:

  • Planning and booking of business trips, including hotels, flights, rental cars, and transfers
  • Point of contact for visitors, including coordination of accommodation and vehicles
  • Management of apartments and pool vehicles
  • Collaboration with travel agency partners and handling of complaints
  • Processing of visa applications and various registration procedures
  • Invoice and travel expense control, as well as cost calculation
  • Participation in project meetings and maintenance of SAP data

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education (e.g., travel agent or similar), HAK or HBLA
  • Initial experience in administration, organization, or travel management is an advantage
  • Intercultural understanding and interest
  • Organizational talent, flexibility, and resilience
  • Good command of English

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 37.800 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
