In our new training center, you are responsible for the basic training of our technicians. You are the first point of contact for new service technicians worldwide, work hand in hand with our development engineers and are responsible for the continuous development of your training. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparation and implementation of technical training courses for internal and external customers
  • Creation, didactic preparation and maintenance of all training documents in cooperation with the respective areas
  • Responsibility for the training equipment
  • Evaluation and implementation of new training methods and tools
  • Continuous improvement of all relevant procedures and processes
  • Maintenance, further development and updating of all training-relevant tools / utensils

Requirements:

  • A completed technical education (HTL, FH electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.) or similar
  • Ideally work experience and / or additional training in the field of training in a technical environment
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of EVG Systems or comparable systems is desirable
  • Ability to work in a team, willingness to communicate and high social competence
  • Rhetorical and didactic skills as well as organizational strength
  • Independence and commitment
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Good English knowledge

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 44.800 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
