IT System administrator and application support (m/f/d)

Primary responsibilities:

• Administration and support of company-wide IT applications
• Support in the processing of service requests, incidents & problems as well as other comprehension questions from the internal departments (mainly in the area of user and authorization management, service requests, user support of various IT applications,...)
• Configuration and monitoring of deployed IT applications
• Responsible for the update, patch processes and fulfillment of security requirements (certificates, IIS, authentication,...) of the respective applications
• Implementation of upgrade projects
• Assistance with knowledge development, documentation and transfer of new technologies to the support team

Requirements:

• Technical training with a focus on IT or professional experience in IT administration
• Confident handling of Microsoft Windows, Office programs and Microsoft Server
• ability to work in a team
• Independent, clean and structured way of working
• quick comprehension and solution-oriented working style
• Very good written and spoken German
• good written and spoken English skills
