IT Equipment & Lifecycle Management (m/f/d)

As part of our IT Workplace Services team, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our IT equipment – from the initial unpacking to handing it over to colleagues and finally to disposal.

Primary Responsibilities:
 

IT-Equipment Handling

• Setting up and dismantling IT workstations (PCs, monitors, peripherals)
• Unpacking, checking, and storing new hardware
• Conducting inventories and maintaining IT assets in our systems

Lifecycle Management

• Preparing new devices, including software installation
• Scheduling appointments and independently handing over devices to our insiders
• Documenting equipment in our database
• Proper disposal of decommissioned devices

Requirements:

• Interest in IT and enthusiasm for learning new things
• Manual skills as well as a careful and structured approach to work
• Service-oriented, friendly demeanor – you enjoy working with people
• Confident handling of Windows & Office
• Team spirit and reliability

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 35.700 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
