Information Security Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

As an Information Security Governance Specialist, you actively shape the strategic direction and further development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). You ensure the definition and implementation of protection and control measures in alignment with all internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of security policies, process descriptions, and work instructions
• Definition and coordination of information security roles and responsibilities
• Planning and execution of security awareness initiatives, trainings, and workshops
• Support and coordination of internal and external audits
• Continuous improvement of the ISMS
• Contact with special interest group
• Classification and labeling of information according to security requirements
• Preparation of security reports and management reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Security Management (University or University of Applied Sciences), or alternatively a technical school diploma or completed vocational training with relevant professional experience and further education
• High willingness to learn and contribute
• Ability to analyze and understand complex interrelationships
• Structured working style and cross-functional thinking
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 50.400 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
