Together with our experienced Human Resources team, you will be responsible for supporting our business departments and handling all HR-related matters in an international environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from creating job advertisements to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process
  • Identifying and proactively approaching suitable candidates through active sourcing
  • Supporting employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives (job fairs, career events, etc.)
  • Acting as a competent point of contact for managers and employees on operational HR topics
  • Taking responsibility for administrative HR tasks (employment contracts, Red-White-Red Card applications, etc.)

Requirements:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (University, University of Applied Sciences, etc.), ideally with a focus on HR, and/or relevant professional HR experience
  • Initial experience in recruiting and knowledge of alternative recruitment methods, particularly active sourcing, would be an advantage
  • Excellent English skills and proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-driven, structured, and proactive working style combined with a high level of service orientation and discretion
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and personal commitment to achieving results together

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 42.700 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
