Field Service Engineer (m/f/x) Europe
You take over the maintenance and support of our precision systems in Europe and support our customers as a reliable contact in their production processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular maintenance and event-related support calls
- Support of the Tech Support Team in processing technical customer inquiries
- Execution of internal and customer-specific training
- Support in the creation and review of technical documentation
- Plant tests, pre-acceptance and installation
Requirements:
- A completed technical training LAP / FS / HTL or similar sound electronic knowledge
- Systematic approach to problem solving
- Customer orientation in thinking and acting
- Personal responsibility and resilience
- English skills and good communication skills
- Teamwork and cross-departmental thinking
- High willingness to travel in Europe
