You provide technical support for customer and colleague inquiries in Level 1 & 2 support and act as an interface between customers and other areas in the after-sales phase.

Primary responsibilities:

  • provide technical support (Level 1) to customers in the region (South East Asia & Europe) by phone, email or on site
  • provide technical support (Level 2) to colleagues in all other regions or subsidiaries
  • prompt and efficient diagnosis and resolution of technical problems
  • recording and analyzing customer inquiries and problems in the ticket system
  • processing upgrade requests, from feasibility checks to preparing quotations
  • coordinating and tracking escalations and defined measures
  • ensuring complete resolution of support requests and customer satisfaction through regular follow-up
  • regular communication with customers and holding telephone conferences
  • identification and processing of CI topics and active participation in product team meetings
  • willingness to ensure global 24/7 TechSupport availability

Requirements:

  • a technical education FS/HTL with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, I&C technology, mechatronics or automation technology
  • excellent communication skills in German and English as well as conflict resolution skills
  • good problem-solving skills and technical understanding
  • willingness to travel up to 30%

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 43.400 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
