Physical Security Specialist (m/f/d)

As part of our Security Management Team, you are responsible for ensuring the physical protection of our sites. You develop and define standards, procedures, and security concepts, and support local organizations in implementing physical security measures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Management and optimization of physical access control
• Securing our sites and perimeters
• Protection against physical and environmental threats
• Working in secure and restricted areas
• Monitoring and alerting to ensure timely response to security incidents
• Completed education in IT (e.g. technical college, business school with IT focus) or equivalent training/experience
• Reliable, structured, and service-oriented working style
• Resilience, flexibility, and commitment
• High willingness to learn and contribute
• Discretion and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 46.200 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
