Together with our experienced Human Resources team, you will be responsible for supporting departments and handling all HR-related tasks in an international environment. A part-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week is possible.

Primary Responsibilites:

  • Support for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding – development – offboarding)
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing and new school partnerships, as well as organizing and conducting company tours
  • Co-design, organization, and evaluation of personnel development initiatives and training programs
  • Assistance with managing and maintaining our job postings and presence on various job platforms
  • Contribution to HR marketing activities (job fairs, contests, giveaways, etc.)
  • Involvement in the entire recruitment process
  • Handling administrative tasks (contract preparation, RWR cards, etc.)
  • Serving as a competent point of contact for managers and employees on operational HR matters

Requirements:

  • A completed business education, ideally with a focus on HR and/or relevant professional experience in human resources
  • Work experience in the HR field is desirable
  • Excellent English skills and proficiency in common MS Office programs
  • Strong communication skills, social competence, and organizational talent
  • An independent, structured, and proactive working style with a high level of service orientation and discretion
  • Flexibility, team spirit, and personal commitment

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 43.400 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
