Employee (m/f/d) International Spare Parts Management

As a member of our Spare Part Management Team (Customer Support), you will be responsible for the planning, storage and distribution of spare parts.

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Regular analysis and adjustment of spare parts stocks based on machine parts lists, deliveries and customer-specific agreements
• Maintenance of spare parts material master data in SAP (safety stocks, re-order points, etc.)
• Statistical preparation and analysis of spare parts data, material and stock movements
• Participation in projects for the sustainable optimization of spare parts availability
• Supporting other departments with questions related to spare parts management
• Regular dialogue with contact persons at our global subsidiaries and representatives (also on site if necessary)

Requirements:

• A completed technical or commercial education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
• analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Technical interest and understanding
• Profound IT skills (MS Office, Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Very good English skills
• Interdisciplinary thinking, personal responsibility and flexibility
• Strong social skills and a good interpersonal manner
• Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 10%)

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 42.000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
