Employee (m/f/d) Quality and Environmental Management

To support the further development of EV Group’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), we are looking for an organized and communicative team player (m/f/d) with a willingness to further develop their professional expertise in this field.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support departments in the creation and maintenance of documents and process descriptions
• Carry out administrative tasks related to quality and environmental management
• Support the further development of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Completed commercial/business education (e.g. HAK/HBLW or a comparable qualification)
• Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in an office, administrative, or organizational environment
• Interest in quality and environmental management, along with a willingness to pursue further professional training and development in this field
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Salary:

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 38.500 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
