Technical Key Account Manager (m/f/x)
You take over the technical support for our key customers. As the main contact person for the customer, you will support them in technical issues and develop concepts for the further improvement of the installed base. The position is based at the headquarters in Austria and is supported by top-class support teams on a technical and organisational level.
Primary Responsibilities:
- technical support for key customers
- Identifying and analysing customer needs
- Realisation of customer needs together with the technology department
- Strategy development / customer consulting to optimise and increase system performance
- Management and coordination of technically demanding projects
- Interface function between customers, service and sales organizations as well as our internal departments
- Project tracking and supporting coordination of customer support activities in the assigned sales area
- Presentation and coordination of technical innovations and improvement programs for the installed base
Requirements:
- a completed technical degree (FH/UNI) or in-depth knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or microsystems technology
- professional appearance, high competence in presentations
- Enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, goal orientation
- international working style
- fluent in Business English
- willingness to travel
