Primary Responsibilities
- Creation of training documents, learning videos and web-based trainings
- Intensive cooperation with the respective department
- Information and advising clients on implementation options
- Monitoring of projects from needs analysis to implementation
- Creation of storyboards, videos, eLearnings, leaflets, etc.
- Mapping of learning content in cooperation with colleagues in the LMS
Requirements
- Completed technical and/or commercial training (HTL, HAK, or similar)
- Experience in creating eLearnings and in using eLearning software (e.g.: Articulate Storyline) and programs such as Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere or similar desirable
- Previous knowledge of using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be an advantage
- An open and communicative personality
- A flair for design, creativity and the ability to work in a team
- Independent and careful way of working as well as cross-departmental thinking
- Experienced handling of MS Office
- Good knowledge of German and English
