Modern Workplace Specialist (m/f/x)

Primary responsibilities:
- Implementation and further development of a central communication and collaboration platform
- Your colleagues and you ensure the operation and support of Microsoft 365 applications
- Support for the departments in the conception and implementation of requirements
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects
- Planning and implementation of training courses for end users
- Handling support inquiries of our employees
Requirements:
- a completed training at a technical college, university of applied sciences, university, etc. with a focus on computer science / business informatics / information management or corresponding professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services (Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for new technologies (bots, AI, teams apps, etc.)
- Committed personality with an interest in learning new things as well as strong communication and cooperation skills
- Independent, process and solution-oriented way of working
- very good knowledge of English
