Operational Purchaser (m/f/x)
You support with your dedicated and dynamic personality our purchase team at all activities in the procurement marketing.
Primary Responsibilites:
- Obtaining and offer comparison
- Negotiation with suppliers of contracts and master agreements
- Prepare and supervise contracts
- Search for alternative and new suppliers
- Monitoring of scheduled delivery dates in coordination with our internal demands and our warehousing team
- Order performance in relation to our internal demands
- Consultation with suppliers in case of deviations from the order
- Assistance in the maintenance of material master data as well as in all administrative areas of purchasing
Requirements:
- A commercial/technical education (HTL) or similar
- Commercial knowledge
- A few years of experience in purchasing preferred
- Negotiating skills, high flexibility and stress resilience
- Good Computer skills, SAP knowledge preferred
- Good commond of English
- Team player abilities and interdepartmental thinking
