Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, development and optimization of processes in the various human capital management systems (mainly SAP HCM, but also recruiting and e-learning as well as learning management)
  • Project management (planning, coordination and controlling) in close cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Design of concepts for digitized and automated process support
  • Project planning and resource management
  • Leading of the project team and coordination of all project activities
  • Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects
  • Interface between IT, departments and external partners

Requirements:

  • Completed degree at an HTL with corresponding work experience or completed studies (FH, University etc.) with a focus on business informatics / project management / human resources
  • Experience with project management in the IT application / process management area
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of IT architecture / integration of systems would be an advantage
  • Committed and motivated personality with strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Independent, process and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good English skills

給与

The starting salary for this position is at least EUR 47.600, -- per year (excluding overtime payment and benefits). Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
