Development Engineer (m/f/x) for laser technology
As a laser development engineer at EVG, you are responsible for developing processes for our high-end devices that are used in the microsystems and semiconductor industries. Your focus is on the evaluation of new laser-based process solutions that make the world of tomorrow possible. The position requires knowledge of laser technology and offers you a close cooperation with our international customers.
Primary responsivities:
- Process development and machine development for our systems
- Processing of customer-specific process requirements under cleanroom conditions and ensuring active knowledge transfer in the team
- Process testing and quality control of processes (including proper documentation)
- Demonstration of our equipment and processes for our customers in the state-of-the-art ISO 5 cleanroom area
- Support and advice for our international customers regarding their processes directly on site (<30% of the time)
Requirements:
- Completed technical studies or a master's degree and/or extensive knowledge of chemistry, materials or similar
- Precise, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm as well as determined and professional appearance
- Team orientation with a cross-divisional mindset, as well as enjoying an international working environment
- Willingness to travel worldwide (<30%)
- Solid MS Office and English skills
