Assistance to the Management (m/f/x)
With reliability, initiative as well as a high level of personal responsibility and resilience, you support and relieve the management of daily tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handling of internal and external correspondence
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings including taking minutes
- independent preparation of data and preparation of evaluations and presentations
- Coordination of appointments
- Administration and archiving of documents
- Contact to authorities and agencies
Requirements:
- a completed commercial training
- several years of professional experience in a similar position
- very good MS-Office skills
- very good knowledge of English
- personal responsibility, good organisation talent and flexibility
- interdisciplinary thinking and a high level of commitment
- discretion
