Technical Editor (m/f/x)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Information research for EVG product documentation (digital, personal, cross-departmental)
• Coordination and cooperation with specialists from the relevant departments
• Creation of operating instructions in English as well as keeping them up-to-date, taking into account applicable laws, standards and guidelines
• Independent graphic and text implementation according to company-wide requirements
• Further development of editorial standards
• Independent takeover of projects
• Coordination of proofreading and translation jobs
• Integration of supplier documents
• Participation in regular product trainings

Requirements:

• Completed training as a technical editor or a corresponding degree (university / FH)
• Alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in technical documentation
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of common image editing tools
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools
• High self-motivation and self-organization
• Very good English skills
