Sales Assistant (m/f/x)
As a highly motivated team player you will support our dynamic Sales team in their daily tasks.
Your future responsibilities are:
- Preparation of proposals and contracts
- Organization and administration of customer visits
- Making Travel arrangements as well as travel expense accounting
- Administration and filing of documents
- Daily internal and external correspondence with our international customers
- Data maintenance in SAP and CRM
- Handling of public tenders
Requirements:
- A finished degree (HAK / HBLA / commercial training or similar)
- Very good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge desireable
- Interdepartmental thinking and a high commitment to the assigned tasks
- High individual responsibility, good organization skills and high flexibility
- Distinct social competence and good manners
- Technical interest
