Plasma Scientist
You support our team in the process and equipment development in the micro systems and semiconductor technology, in the quality management and customer presentations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process development for our equipment in the fields of wafer bonding and plasma processing of semiconductors
- Handling of specific customer requirements under clean room conditions
- Process and equipment testing and quality control
- Equipment and process demonstration for customers
- Occasionally provide process support at customer site (worldwide)
Requirements:
- A bachelor, master degree or doctorate (University) in plasma physics or plasma processing
- Structured and accurate working style
- Enthusiastic and determined with professional appearance
- Team oriented with interdepartmental thinking
- Solid English and MS office knowledge, computer simulation knowledge is an advantage

The gross salary for this position is typically EUR 42.000,-- per year (exclusive of overtime payment and benefits). Higher payments are possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
