Sales Manager China

Workplace is Shanghai (CN). In this function you are responsible for the proactive sale of our semiconductor equipment products inclusive business volume responsibility in the assigned area in China. In consideration of our company strategy you are also responsible for the revenue and the expansion and development of our market shares. The position is resided at our regional headquarters in Shanghai and is assisted by top-class support teams on technological and organizational basis overall the world. EVG HQ is located in Austria/Europe. You report directly to the Sales Director China.

Your future responsibilities are:

  • Management, development and operative implementation of the sales targets in the assigned area
  • Leadership and training of representatives in the assigned areas
  • Acquisition of new customers, customer liaison and support of existing customers 
  • Customer advisory in selection of products and equipment, tender preparation, negotiation and closing
  • Identification and realization of customers' needs in cooperation with our technology teams, mainly with Headquarters
  • Project monitoring and supporting the coordination of our customer support activities in the assigned area
  • Market observation and competitive analysis
  • Coordination of marketing activities in whole China area
  • Represent EVG to customers at conferences, trade shows and symposia

 

Requirements:

  • Many years successful sales experience in commercialization of complex equipment solutions and management of business projects, preferable from Semiconductor industry
  • A technical university degree or a commercial degree with extensive technical knowledge
  • Negotiation-, implementation- and persuasion power
  • Professional appearance and highly competent in presentations and negotiations
  • Motivation, team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Experience in team leading beneficial
  • MS-Office literate
  • English negotiation skills
  • High willingness to  travel within China regions
