Service Engineer (m/f/x) for precision machines for Bosch Dresden (D)
Place of employment: Dresden (D). You will take over the maintenance and repair of our precision systems at one of our major customers in the semiconductor industry at the Reutlingen site and ensure optimal system performance in a coordinating role with the aim of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair as well as collaboration in the continuous improvement of the production/precision systems
- Analysis of the system data and ensuring optimal system performance
- direct coordination with the customer and the EVG support organisation regarding priorities and actions
- Collaboration in the creation and further development of technical manuals
- Documentation and technical reporting
Requirements:
- a completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, automation technology, mechanical engineering (LAP/FS/HTL) or similar
- professional experience and interest in the field of service technology, maintenance or assembly of precision mechanical industrial equipment
- high level of problem-solving skills and interdisciplinary thinking
- very good communication skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
- personal responsibility and independent personality
