IT Project Manager (m/f/x) HCM

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis, development and optimization of processes in the various human capital management systems (mainly SAP HCM, but also recruiting and e-learning as well as learning management)
- Project management (planning, coordination and controlling) in close cooperation with internal and external partners
- Project planning and resource management
- Technical leadership of the project team and coordination of all project activities
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects
- Interface between IT, departments and external partners
Requirements:
- Completed degree at an HTL, FH, university, etc. with a focus on business informatics / project management / human resources or corresponding professional experience
- Project management experience in the IT application / process management area
- Committed and motivated personality with strong communication and cooperation skills
- Independent, process and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good English skills
