IT Helpdesk Employee (m/f/x) (Hardware)
You are communicative, you enjoy contact with people and love working with the latest IT equipment? Then we have exactly the right position for you.
As a member of our IT Helpdesk Team, you are available to our users for all questions relating to our IT equipment, prepare new hardware or even mess with an offended printer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Installation of PCs and Smartphones
- Setting up and dismantling of PC workstations
- Warranty and repair processing with suppliers
- Administration and inventory of our equipment in a database
- Documentation of disruptions in our ticket system
- Expanding our knowledge database
Requirements:
- a completed education in the IT field is an advantage
- general interest in IT as well as confident handling of Microsoft Windows and Office programs
- solid knowledge of the PC, printer and smartphone environment
- customer oriented and friendly manner
- clean and structured way of working as well as a quick comprehension skills
