Employee (m/f/x) International Order Processing (Parts & Services)
As part of our Parts & Services Team (Customer Support) you will be responsible for quotation handling and order processing for spare parts and services for our customers worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities:
- independent administrative customer support for specific regions
- international customer contact (written and per phone - first point of contact for customers, representatives, and subsidiaries)
- Preparation of offers including price calculation
- Processing of orders and contracts
- Follow-up of open issues according to installation and service reports regarding spare parts
- Handling of returns and repairs of spare parts as well as preparation of service contracts and upgrades
Requirements:
- a completed HAK/HBLA education or similar
- previous professional experience in a similar area of responsibility would be an advantage
- very good foreign language and sound PC skills (MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable)
- interdisciplinary thinking, personal responsibility and flexibility
- strong social skills and good manners
