The application process at EVG consists of four stages and starts with you sending us your complete application documents (you can find tips for this under "Application Information"). In the days that follow, we will examine them and see what opportunities we can offer you in the company - and of course we will consider all opportunities in the company. This may help us to find your new professional passion together!
After successful examination of the documents, we will proceed to the first interview (in person or by telephone) together with human resources and the specialist department.
We will see which position suits you best and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you have convinced us of yourself, we will then coordinate internally and prepare ourselves for your assessment day. Here you can gain insight into your future activities directly in your department (at the workplace) and exchange ideas with your colleagues. In a joint final discussion, we review the impressions gained during the day.
After a successful assessment day for both sides, you will soon receive our phone call to submit the contract offer and invite you to sign it at EVG.
After that, you can start right away with us!
