Technical Support Engineer

As part of our Technical Support Group you are a reliable first point of contact for customers and colleagues for technical support on EVG equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Technical Support via phone, email, remote connection
  • Clarification of spare part requests
  • Managing of inquiries from initiation to closure in close cooperation with next level support- and field service groups



  • Technical education (preferably in the field of eletronics, mechatronics,…)
  • Distinct communication skills and customer orientation
  • Pronounced organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English

The gross salary for this position is typically EUR 28.000,-- per year (exclusive of overtime payment and benefits). Higher payments are possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
