Primary Responsibilities:
- Self dependent Internal Technical Support of PC Hard- and Software issues for colleagues and our worldwide customers
- Technical Support for Spare Part-, Upgrade-, and Service- quotations related to PC Hardware and Software
- Creating manuals and troubleshooting guides about
- Usage of SAP Ticket system (thorough responsibility for Tickets from creation to closure including recording the course of events and solution)
Requirements:
- A vocational school degree or similar
- Technical interest in PC Hardware and Software
- Proficiency in software development preferred
- Fundamental knowledge about PC Hardware and OS (Windows 2000 / XP)
- Very good troubleshooting and communication skills (English/German)
- Team oriented, flexible and reliable
The gross salary for this position is typically EUR 28.000,-- per year (exclusive of overtime payment and benefits). Higher payments are possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
