Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning, organization and performance of internal and external trainings for customers and colleagues
- Preparation, didactic creation and maintenance of all training documentation in cooperation with the related divisions
- Administration and maintenance of all existing training tools
- Planning of resources in accordance with our internal technical divisions
- Preparation of quotations for customer trainings
- Evaluation and implementation of new training methods and tools
- Continuous improvement of our internal operation and processes
- Communication of interdivisional amendments and innovations
Requirements:
- A technical college degree (HTL/FH) or similar
- A few years experience preferred and/or an additional education in the field of training/adult education
- Organisation and communication skills
- Independence and engagement
- Pleasure and endurance in interacting with people
- Very good oral and written English language skills
The gross salary for this position is typically EUR 28.000,-- per year (exclusive of overtime payment and benefits). Higher payments are possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
