Primary Responsibilities:
- Continuous maintenance and equipment related support
- Equipment installation
- Regular customer meetings including open items tracking
- Performance of customer specific trainings
- Assistance of our Tech Support Team in treating technical customer inquiries
Requirements:
- A technical college degree or similar profound electronic knowledge
- Systematic problem solving approach
- Customer oriented in acting and thinking
- Personal responsibility and resilience
- Solid English and French language
- Good communication skills, team oriented and interdivisional thinking
The gross salary for this position is typically EUR 28.000,-- per year (exclusive of overtime payment and benefits). Higher payments are possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
